Made it to Dawson Creek,BC this afternoon, mile marker 1 on the Alaska (Alcan) Highway. Staying in Fort St. John, BC tonight and off toward Alaska in the morning! More to follow! ...

We had a lot of making up to do today so we got started early (early for Bates).the weather was about 50 and a slight overcast but the heated gear made it a toasty ride.  Road to Billings,MT and have to say Wyoming and Montana do not fail to excite! Beautiful...

beautiful this morning into Billings, but all good things must end! Last 100 miles all rain wind and cold! But we see blue skies ahead!  ...

4:30 am and getting ready to go! Well, at least one of us! ...

well day 3 taught us a few good lessons. Sometimes you have to just GO with it!  Got a late start due to heavy rain. After picking up a few needed items at Wal Mart headed off to ride more of the Black Hills and visit Devils Tower (never made it!). About 39 miles...

Had to pull over due to severe weather in Buffalo, WY. Hope to wait it out and make Sheraton, WY or preferably Billings,MT for the night! Stay tuned  ...

620 miles to Grand Island , NE. Great day, all went smoothly after we got started. Just about 12 hours riding. Clear and hot but not too overwhelming. The Harley's performed perfectly as did all the communication' s and media to help pass...
